We will carefully check your project to identify which Notices need to be served. We will then conduct a Land Registry search to identify the owners. Once this is done we will then prepare the Notices on your behalf and can either send them to you to serve, or serve them directly to the relevant recipients for you.
SCHEDULE OF CONDITION
Our schedule of conditions are produced by experts in the field. We first visit your neighbours property and inspect the areas likely to be affected by the proposed works, noting and taking digital photographs of any existing defects. On average over 120 photographs are taken per schedule to ensure thorough documentation of the condition of the property. The notes and photograph references are then compiled into a comprehensive report which is provided to both parties. The actual photographic images are not included in the report thus preserving the privacy of your neighbour but are available for reference should they be required.
When acting as a Party Wall Surveyor for the Building Owner we are able to offer a more competitive 'Fixed Fee per Adjoining Owner' service.
